Take it easy on the meat. Replace meat with fish.
Eat vegetables. There is no cholesterol in plants, vegetables, if it would be good for you in this regard, and many others.
In addition, cutting carbs, which your body burns triglycerides first. So just get on the bread, pasta, and all the treats and sweets.
Eat as many fiber-rich foods as you can. Thus, the bacteria make a lot of butyrate in the colon that the process of burning fat may further accelerate.
If you are treated to pasta, meat or carbohydrates, which (we should from time to time, but once live), you should drink water (preferably carbonated food) or wine. Drinking gives you a feeling of fullness so you eat much.
