Last week I noticed water spots (two large) on the ceiling of my room. I called the maintenance man came out and said Leake and the floor has been set. Two hours later I had water on the floor of my room and I looked up and saw the whole ceiling in the closet with water stains, water seeps through the oven, covered vents / pipes and leaks may not have been established. The leak was finally fixed on Monday and Tuesday, the owner of the apartment was painted with Kilz. I bought a tool kit itself and follow the instructions to take leave for one hour, then leave it open for an hour. Do I need a company that has been painted and try again? HasNobody did a test myself, and I think that this is not a lot of mold?
