Tennessee Aircraft Tax Aviation For Compensation?

Aviation for Compensation? - tennessee aircraft tax

I intend to blow the air to a ferry flight (Cessna) does not Cardinal RG, Tennessee, Texas. I intend, a driver for Fly Me To The have a starting point. That produces the pilots return to their homeland behind.

We are both commercial / instrument.

I do not want money for it. I'm going to take hours, as my balance.

For transit to the base for the aircraft owner, the transport costs. While covering the ferry flight, the owner of the costs.

I'm looking for areas in which I am legally suspended. It seems that count for me my friend went to Tennessee to fly nearly as "on demand", but again the money to fly on demand, not planned. (One of my worries)

I can not $ $, but the HWe counted in my log as compensation, which should not be a problem because I am instrument rated.

Basically, I want someone to find me the right direction to the answers. There are so many places I saw, so I simplify it.

Anything that will help. More or less I'm looking for a measure that addresses the above relation.

Any idea? Please share.

Thank you!

You should take a look at 14 CFR 119.1 (e) take

The regulation specifically allows professional drivers to transport flights, which would without a license in some other, so go there.

The only concern is to ensure that you do not advertise for his service as a ferry pilot (orally). Who could be considered common carriage, which the FAA's eyebrows when she flew under an operating certificate. Drivers are the commercial use of private transport in the limited Part 91 rules (ie not used by an operator 121/135).

HES also fly if you can pay the full cost of the flight, but if you are flying, you can pay half.
But do not worry, no one in trouble if for such things. If the whole time, then we could do some trash.

Above all, enjoy every flight!

I'll tell you what I think the best of my knowledge.

Not ask all your flight, as will be conducted under FAR Part 91st As the owner pays only for airplanes, no one is balanced. Hours of flight experience is no compensation and are therefore very good.

The flight with his friend at the starting point is part of 91 and since they will not be compensated to take care of anything. Read below EFAR trade privileges and limitations of commercial pilots.

I also found that a call to help local FSDO. Many FAA inspectors resourceful and useful.
